apple glazed chicken with spinach

1/2 cup of apple jelly
2 tbs of soy
1 tbs of thyme
1tsp of lemon zest
1 tsp of ginger
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 apples
1/3 cup of chopped leeks
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp of apple cider
spinach leaves about 10 oz........small sauce pan heat.......apple jelly....soy sauce...thyme...lemon zest....ginger .until jelly is melted set a side 1/4 cup of glaze.....pre heat broiler place chicken 5 inches from heat 12 mins turning once brushing glaze last 5 mins....in a large skillet spray pam good over med heat.....add apples..leeks..garlic cook 3 mins..add 1/4 cup of remaing galze .apple cider.....bring to boil.....add spinach and toss till wilted season to taste....cut chicken...divide spinach mixture in plates top with chicken ........enjoy
