    They are both legitimate business establishments, both are across I45 from each other where I was driving (shanendoah tx, you can look that up).

    I haven't been to Hooters since college, there was one right in downtown Pittsburgh and i'd grab lunch there. I don't know if it's still there or not. I don't eat wings but i heard our one local sports bar beats everyone.

    I went to both and I think the food at hooters is horrible. I was impressed with twin peaks burgers and their beer they brew is pretty tasty. Although I never tried the wings at twin peaks I can't comment on those. If your going to see some cuties in hardly any clothing then Twin Peaks is better. I've found the best wings are at little hole in the wall shops in each city. Just gotta ask around.
