On my weight loss journey. I've lost 31 lbs. since September 1, with 100 left to lose.

    I also joined today - in prep for the new year. Since Nov 1, 2009 I've lost 25 lbs. Have kept it off for a year. Need to lose 50-60 more. Good luck. For me, this will be a challenge , counting calories. But here goes!!!!
