Jillian Michaels Body Revolution

I'm currently at the end of week one of Jillian Michaels Body revolution, and my question is are the cardio videos necessary if you're doing extra cardio each day? Is it okay to substitute? Because I'm doing 2 miles on the treadmill at least 5 or 6 days a week, and I'm not a huge fan of Jillian's cardio (I really hate doing cardio in my living room). I'll do it if I have to because I want results, but I wasn't sure if my own cardio would suffice.

    I was just wondering the same thing... I did a 3 mile run today and I'm already really under calories... doing another 30 min of kick *kitten* cardio is only going to put me further in the whole... Where are you in the program? I'm Ph 2 5/6

    I did not care for the cardio in BR. Not one bit! So I substituted other types of cardio and still had great success. It was usually Zuzka Light, Blogilates, or XHIT from youtube, but I think any cardio substitute would be fine.
