So, I've got major back boobs and it's super sad. My back boobs are almost bigger than my lady boobs! HA! Anyways, has anyone had any success getting those back boobs down? I am currently at 245lbs. I was down to 203lb and then had some health issues and drama and gained some weight back, but I'm back on track now! Anyways, it seems those 40lbs all went to my back. Help?

Well, you don't really need help. You just need to track your cals, get in a bit of exercise, and give it time. Weight loss will get them off. Just be patient and give yourself time and before you know it, they'll get smaller and smaller until they are gone.0

Yesh, that is what I'm doing but I was hoping to see if anyone had any exercises that target the back boobies? And thanks for your comment.0 -
They will slowly go away as you lose more weight, really nothing you can do to speed that up. I do toe touches as that stretches the back and makes the back boobs go away and such. Sorry not more help0

Well, you can't "target" areas or whatever, blah blah blah... but I have been working on my back boobs, heh. I do lat pulldowns, dumbbell rows, etc. Just look up back exercises, and add them to your lifting routine (assuming you lift, and if you don't, you should!)0

No, unfortunately, you can't target fat loss. You can target muscle groups, but not fat loss. All you can do is what you're doing. And I second the lifting! :bigsmile:0 -
Thanks everyone!0
