Need motivation to start losing weight all over again. Started working out at 250 and got down to 200. Then I Sprained a ligament on my left knee six years ago and went from 200 to 260. Last years I started again strained my lower lumbar in April and then in September I fractured my ankle. Gained all the weight I lost before I got injured back. . I started at 278 got down to 260 and after injury I am 274. Have been hiking for the past two weeks and am going to body pump once a week for now. Looking for people who regularly work out and can offer advice. I want to be fit by 40 I have 4 years to go.

I had spinal surgery in 1992. Gained weight after i had kids. Decided to lose it in 2010 and was successful. Fell on the ice in early 2011 and have been struggling since. I have gained back about 20lbs and am determined to lose it regardless of the fall. Take it easy. Ease into it. My dr said I can do anything I can tolerate doing. Just to take it slow. You can do it! Good luck!0

Ease into it.. learn proper form and technique on movements you are using during your workout. Lots of members on here that have come back from bad injuries..0
