Office cardio-what are your desk dance moves

Myself, I cannot do without my headphones at work. I've got a couple really special little dance moves...

The Chesty Chester: this is really quite simple yet original. I simply move my chest from side to side with the music.
This is my go to dance move.

The Doot doot: The Doot Doot is just like jazz hands. Except Jazz index fingers.

    I always office desk chair dance at work, but haven't thought of any cool names for the moves. They are similar to car-driving dancing moves though, except I can include my feet.

    I'm the craziest Assistant in my row as I am constantly desk / chair dancing. They think I am nuts. But I'll do anything to shed a few extra calories...........almost anything! LOL
