Pre workouts, whey/caseins, & strong Fat burners @best price

Hey all!
Just looking for personal opinions and experiences on the following:

What's your favorite/preferred pre-workouts? I current;y use C4, it's my favorite but I was just curious if anyone has found one they prefer or something that's more powerful then C4.

I'm a low carb dieter and I look for whey and casein proteins that are on the lower side. My brand of choice is ON, however recently I used a whey/casein blend by musclepharm that was awesome! Because I love how casein makes it thicker so I was curious if anyone knows of another brand of protein that is casein AND whey blended. Or what your preferred flavor is.

Alright, Fat burners... Do to all the constant information that gets thrown out there every day about "this or that" being "stronger" ect ect.. I figured I'd ask the "people" what their favorite fat burner is judged by personal experience. Just like anyone else, I don't want to waste my time on one that pretty much sucks! I'm defined as it is, my diet and training are all on point but again, like anyone else I believe there's always room for improvement!

Lastly, let's share some links to the best websites to order from and get the best bang for our buck!!

Thanks!!

Besides ON, syntha-6 by BSN would probably be my favorite and it's a blend. Other than protein though, I'd say you're wasting your money on pre workouts and fat burners. If you need a pick me up before a workout try a tablespoon of raw honey and/or black coffee. The caffeine is the only thing in either that is really doing anything and you'll save yourself lots of money and lots of unnecessary artificial sweeteners and dyes

I take Magnums Quattro it's good on my stomach. I also took it to my Naturopath & she couldn't find anything wrong with the ingredients. Post workout I drink a BCAA, amino core, love that stuff.

As far as fat burners go, it feel it's a marketing gimmick. I would more say an appetite suppressant. I do have the grenade fat burner in my cupboard which has lasted me about a year. I only take it when:

I'm PMSing & need to stop gorging and need energy or when I'm hung over and need to accomplish something in my day. Hence the reason one bottle has lasted me for so long. Hope they don't expire...

Preworkout: White flood reborn by controlled labs.

Protein blend: custom mix from truenutrition.com

Fat burner: The only one that research ash shown to be effective is (was) ephedra, but how much that costs is largely dependent on your feelings toward law enforcement. :grumble:
