My OLD BMI

So I was feeling bad about having a BMI of 26.5, therefore being over weight... but then I plugged my OLD weight into the calculator and saw that my BMI was once 47.4!!!
Now 26.5 sounds pretty good.
And I'm on the road to better

i was so happy to hear that i was 'overweight' instead of 'obese' according to my BMI. Now, I am 'healthy' and I am going to stay that way!0 -
