Focus T25 - who's with me

I am starting Focus T25 on 28th April, after the easter hols. My goal is get back to my original pre-pregnancy shape. I need to fit into my lovely clothes again. Otherwise I need to ditch a whole box of clothes as a bet to my husband.
Who is with me?

I started it on the 7th You can friend me. I whine a bit though, I want results now and feel discouraged most of the time but I need encouragement to keep going. Let's be friends!0

I have a challenge group started on FB if you guys are interested... I'm starting my 4th week of it on Monday and my results have been great! I've already lost 9 lbs. I know everyone needs motivation, cause I sure as hell did!0

Just started this week. Good Lord let's hope I'm not too old for my muscle memory to kick in cause this program is kickin' my butt! (in a good way!)0

@ George: This is a program that comes with a number of DVD's wtih different work outs - each work out is 25 min long plus a few more minutes to cool down. There is also a calendar/chart that instructs which workout to do and keeps track of your progress. Shaun T is a charismatic fitness coach and very encouraging. He has a few different fitness series produced. The idea of this one is that "anyone can handle 25 min per day" - not having to waste time on getting to a gym and being in the comfort of your own home. So far, so good.0

IN! I just decided to start on Monday. I'll do the workouts in the morning before work. So I am willing to be part of an accountability group!

I am on week 2 of T25 right now I skipped yesterday since I got busy but I am doubling up today and doing T25 Cardio & Speed 1.00

I am on week 4. I went out of town the two weekends before easter and then had the easter weekend so I ate horribly everyone of those weekends. I am paying for it with low energy and this week have cut out all sugar and am working hard to be diligent. I love T25. I can always push through even if I do not feel like working out that day.0

I am finishing up week 2 Alpha. The first week is tough, especially because the moves are a bit hard to get down along with trying to keep up, but now I have probably 75% of them down, and modifying much less than the first week. The Total Body Circuit is by far the hardest one for me (Don't really have much of it down yet) and I see that as the weeks progress TBC becomes the main workout - I think we do 3 of them in that final week. The good news is I can feel my body is getting in condition. I have one more workout tonight (Of the double workout) and then I am off for the weekend (I don't really do the stretch on Sunday but I do the cooldowns mostly).0

I am into week 3 of Alpha with my husband and it is kicking my butt, but I love it. My stomach is already getting defined. I am following Tonya ( modified version) and feeling good.0

I don't do the stretch either Guitar1969, instead on Saturdays I do 30 minutes of elliptical exercise to complete my 6 days of exercise.0

I just finished up week 2 of Alpha. The first week was a little difficult trying to learn the moves and keep up with them. I can't always keep up with their speed or high knees/kicks, but I do the best that I can do.0

I start on Monday, April 28th. I cant wait!! Has anyone made any recipes that come with the pack? Sunday is my meal prep day, today is the day I decide what im gonna prep for....what your favorite recipes?0

I'm with you too! Just received my DVD's a couple day ago, and am thrilled to get started! I'm totally in! I just did my first workout today, and I feel like I'm accomplishing something, it's a good feeling.0
