4 oz of deli cooked ham lunchmeat
4 onions sliced thin
1 1/2 cups of asparagus
4 large pitas wheat
8 oz goat cheese
2 tbs of parmesan cheese........oven 400............large non skillet coat with olive oil extra virgin not much...add ham...onions...and asprargus cook till tender and ham is browning......place lid over skillet so it won't dry out......spread each pita with goat cheese top each with asparagus mixture and 1 1/2 of parmesan cheese spray each top with a light coating of the cooking spray....place on baking sheet for about ten mins till chese is melted cut n serve...........enjoy

    Do you think feta could be switched out for the goat cheese? I'm not a fan of goat cheese.

    I think that we can even use shredded mozzarella or any other kind of cheese, and I probably would since I am not fan of goat or feta cheese either.

    Nice idea. to use the pita as a crust.
