Thought that it might be helpful if I made a thread to talk about healthy vegetarian (or vegan) recipes and ideas.

I've found an amazing amount of things at vegweb.com. Absolutely my favourite vegetarian/vegan website out there.0

I like these two below. I have another favorite but the site is acting funky right now.

I really dig this site for quick meals and snacks that are pretty healthy:

I've bought some filo pastry to try it with lovely fresh veg, bit like a pizza, keep seeing all the tops chefs doing it so thought I would give it a go.0

vegetariantimes.com is where I get about 95% of the stuff I cook! I also have a subscription to their magazine! It's awesome!0

fatfreevegan.com. What an amazing site! I bet I make something from there at least once a week. Yum!
Oh, and the blog version is at: http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/0 -

Same here! It's my go to site for great ideas.0 -
eatingwell.com is excellent. I would also HIGHLY recommend the cookbook 'Veganomicon: The Ultimate Vegan Cookbook' by Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romero. I love this book and cook out of it frequently.0

I second the vegetariantimes.com recommendation. I signed up for their weekly email newsletter. I get so many great recipes from there! I recently tried the No-Knead Cardamom bread. It's vegan and super yummy!0

I agree with the vegetarian times suggestion, I've been a subscriber for years and they have nutritionals which is helpful. Another site that I love is 101cookbooks.com. Everything is veg, tons of vegan...but it is an awesome blog.0

My husband has been a vegetarian for years and while I am an omnivore I cook primarily vegetarian meals. I have literally a ton of recipes. Some good cookbooks are
Mark Bittmans, How to Cook Anything Vegetarian
The Grit Restuarant cookbook (the best food EVER)
The Joy of Cooking Vegetarian
That is just a few of my favs. You can change many recipes to vegetarian and some can even tranistion into vegan recipes as well. I have a cooking blog which details many of my favorite recipes and recipes of my own creation. Most of the things on the site are ovo-lacto in nature, but I have the occasional vegan recipe as well. I am not supposed to mention my blog on the boards but the name and link are in my signature, so look down~ LOL0
