Hello Pals, happy Thursday!

I am going to an outing after work at Bar Louie. I am trying to prepare by picking a healthy option. Was looking at the salads and flatbreads, everything else seems pretty calorie filled. I know salads can be sneaky though with hidden calories, but a flatbread may not be my best option either... need some help :)

I would probably start with the cup of soup and then the appetizer shrimp skewers or see if someone wants to split a dinner with you!

You could do a salad and cut out bacon, tortilla strips, fried anything. Also a light dressing on the side.

I generally when I go out try and end up with a piece of grilled chicken and steamed vegetables, no matter how much I have to take apart a dish to end up that way.

thanks for the help guys! I ended up getting the shrimp skewers and budgeted myself a mojito as well! I took a few sips out of my friend's martini so I logged that too, but the shrimp plate was fabulous and would definitely order again! I went straight from the restaurant to the gym and got 50 minutes of hard cardio in too, so I felt pretty good overall :)
