It seems to me that I have lost my motivation. What motivates you?
The success stories on here are inspiring but I can't shake this feeling.

It sucks when that happens. i have been having a lack of motivation lately as well. But what motivated me is my art and being able to put my art and pictures i take places where i can see it when i work out. My boyfriend is new to the whole thing of trying to motivate someone, but hes trying and that counts for something. I dont know if you have sticky notes or know of internet meme faces, but i drew a bunch of Me gusta faces on sticky notes and put them on my mirror in my bathroom and some near my exercize equipment to make me laugh and think "i can do this". If i miss a few days, i put up my No Me Gusta sticky notes next to the mirror or on the toilet. I used to be part of weight watchers, and every time we exercized or lost weight, we got a sticker. Its stupid, but every day that i exercized, i would put a lil sticker on that day on the calendar. maybe some of these things might help you? lol.

I keep looking for little things to celebrate. I'm sure there are a few people on my FL who think I am bragging- but the truth is that I need to keep posting the little positives and sucesses so that I feel like I still have forward momentum. I try to regularly ask my FL to share their scale or NSV moments that day or week. I also try to post my weekly goals on Mondays- little things I want to see or achieve that week.
I also feel like I am losing motivation. I am over halfway to my goal, and have been logging for 250 days today and it feels like I've been "dieting" forever! Celebration is helping me stay focused and on topic- there are so many fustrating and annoying things to bring me down and I really want to reach my goal weight again.0 -
