carbs

Please how can I cut down on carbs looking at my food chart the carbs in it is always over the required amount. Kindly advice

    Aim to meet your daily proteins first.
    I try to get in at least 80g protein per day, after that I really don't care how many carbs I have for the day as long as it fits in my calories goal.

    Thanks I meet my daily protein but always exceed the carbs.

    I cut out all grains, and a lot of fruit.

    It's hard to say without looking in your journal.
