In need of support...

Hi fellow MFP people
,
I have been on my weight loss journey just over 12 weeks and so far I am down 35 pounds - which given my messed up body, is AMAZING!
I have pretty much kept myself to myself however I feel that I am now approaching my danger zone - that is, I am starting to get bored and keep thinking about food! Whilst I have no intention of caving, I certainly feel that I could benefit from venting every now and again. Therefore, I feel that it's about time I got myself some MFP friends.
I have no idea about calories and BMR and all these fancy abbreviated words... (please don't think me ignorant - I have my reasons). This is simply because I am following the Diet Chef programme. Whilst I appreciate some of you may not think this to be a good idea, it is working for me and so I am going with it. Each to their own and all that jazz.
I do not have a teenie tiny calorie allowance - I still like my food and I try and move more on a daily basis. I also go to the gym at least 2-3 times a week. So if you fancy a bit of support and encouragement in return, please feel free to add me! x
