Baked steak fries
We love these with a poached egg for breakfast or for fish/chips. Preheat oven to 425.
I take baking potatoe,1 tbsp of olive oil. Slice potatoes into long slices, about 1/4 inch thick. Toss with the oil in a bowl. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with kosher salt.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
I weighed the potatoes and they are 340 grams.

Are they crispy when they're done? I've tried oven fries before and they always come out all soggy. I like a crispy potato! :-)0

Yes, very crispy. If you want extra crispy slice a little thinner and cook until crispy.0
