2 YEARS OF BODYBUILDING. BEFORE AND AFTER 145-165lbs!

When I was younger I said I would NEVER train for bodybuilding to my Dad(He was a bodybuilder by that time). As I grew up I became of aware of how skinny I was and started taking care of my physique. Later on decided to improve my physique and gain strength.

Many years have passed since then, and Im still here. Bodybuilding and Power-lifting is life and I will NEVER quit. Im very thankful to have such wonderful friends who support me on my journey. Fitness is NOT just about muscle. Its a lifestyle and It taught me that in order to get to your goals you need to fight no matter what's trying to stop you.[b/]

Damn, you have a hell of a V-shape going on, and superior definition all around. That will probably become even more prominent as you bulk up and especially as you get your bench and squat weights higher yet - and get going on them dead lifts as soon as you get out of PF - probably one of my favorite moves of all time!

All in all, superb work, keep it up!

    Thanks man.

It doesn't really matter where you go as long as long as you work hard enough. I dont like the atmosphere there though.
