I'm having roasted pumpkin seasoned with salt and pepper and a dash of balsamic vinegar, grilled haloumi + rosemary, and uncooked green beans.

What're the rest of you getting into? :)

Tons of BBQ'd crispy chicken wings done under the Webber, some blanched and chilled sugar snap peas and tiny baby cucumbers.

I made quiche - ham, mushroom and (tinned) asparagus. Topped with cherry tomatoes & thyme.

Seems pumpkin was a popular choice! I've also got some pumpkin cooking itself into a soup on the stove for tomorrow's lunch (and the freezer).

Just finished a delicious bowl of zucchini noodles "cacio e pepe" made with my brand new spiralizer.
Bacon, parmesan, pecorino romano, garlic and chilli flakes with zucchini noodles: delish!
