started at 16 stone, and have now got down to 13 stone yay :laugh: just wanted to share my face pictures I can really see a difference. Such good motivation to get the last 3 stones off..

    just to add to this now after Easter I weighed myself and have put back on 9 pounds so a bit gutted but am back on the right path again :)
