Why is an upperbody work out so damm addicting and a leg day such a pain. It has always been this way for me. Though many women like my GF seem to enjoy leg workouts more. Thats all she does.

I feel the same way. After upper body days I feel great and have fantastic energy. After leg day I'm exhausted and want to kill everyone who talks to me.0

I get faster results from upper body workouts than from the legs! UGH, it is so frustrating! My arms/shoulders are nice, my thighs still have a L o n g way to go :sad:0

I'm the total opposite - love leg day, hate the upper body stuff.0

Women tend to focus on their butt and thighs that is why they like leg day. Men like tshirt muscles, it is also what women like to see on a fit guy (arms abs and chest).
Never heard a woman say "wow that guy has nice legs"
But this does not mean men should skip leg day.0 -
Same here. Love what leg day does for my butt, but I enjoy upper body workouts so much more.0

I like both just hate cardio more. Do wish my legs would look as good as arms though.0
