Well after starting T25 I found out I was having a baby, so had to stop doing it!!!
I've ordered Tracey Andrews baby project, the clips I watched it looks good!
Anyone else tried this???

Why did you have to stop doing it? Most doctors recommend you continue doing any physical training you were already doing, even becoming more active, but nothing too high impact for your level (IE if you're a runner it's okay just don't do 13 minles if you aren't used to it)
Congrats either way and good luck!0 -
I'm still doing t25 I'm 30 wks pregnant I modifie all moves though and avoid the core work ,0

Tracey Anderson is scoffed at as a trainer.
As mentioned, if you're already physically into exercise, there's no need to stop because you got pregnant. In fact women who exercise throughout their pregnancies have a much much higher chance of returning to pre baby weight than those who didn't.

Thanks for congrats!
I had only done T25 two days & loved it before finding out I was preggers, happened rather quicker than I thought! Lol
so as it was something knew I didn't think I'd be able to carry on, previously I was going to gym & doing weights along with a bit cardio! This is what I done in my ladt pregnancy but fancied something differdnt this time round!
Why do trainers not like baby project, I thought it looked quite good on the clips I wstched???0 -
Tracey Anderson has philosophies that aren't supported by a lot of actual sports science and fitness. One of her philosophies is that a female using more than 3lbs dumbells to exercise will end up "bulking up".Thanks for congrats!

Look to someone like Cathe Friedrich or (gag) even Denise Austin for better training advice on pregnancy.

I would definitely start implementing some sort of fitness regimen SOON- it's not as serious to add a fitness program right now- It's common in horse riders and dancers for doctors to say- keep doing it as long as you feel comfortable and safe. But they rarely say- yeah sure start taking up horse back riding when you haven't done it in years LOL- so get a fitness program that will do something for you- but will be tailorable as your body changes.
no reason you can't start training/working out for real now so you have less work to do later- you just have to be attentive to your body.0
