:drinker: I am new to this hope I do this good. I would like to start off by saying that I am a young 49 years old at one time I was 269 lbs. and now I am 238 lbs. I am getting lot of help from my dear sister and borther in law. thank god for the two of them. also I have a very good Y.M.C.A. to go to here in Admore OK

    i am also new at this...one day at a time and the weight will come off...when i started dieting i weighed 230lbs...now i am at 199lbs...you got to believe and want to do it...good luck to you!
