I am 5'5'' and my upper thigh is 20 inches. I weigh 129 and my legs are pure muscle. I encourage you not to compare your legs size to that of others. We are all different, my legs could very well be a shorter/longer than yours. If you aren't satisfied with your leg size, make a healthy goal like working up to squatting a certain amount. Good luck!0

I've always been told my thighs were slim but toned and muscular. From the side they look jacked but when I stand to the front they're quite thin. 22 inches is slim, it just depends on how it is proportioned in consideration to your height and waist, etc...0 -

I'm 5'5" and weigh 145. My thighs have always been large. They are muscular and fat... 24 inches. My waist is 30 inches and bust 35 inches. I kind of spread my weight evenly but thighs are definitely too large. Always have been and I have an athletic, larger boned build.0

I'm 157 pounds and my thighs are 21.5 inches. I used to have really muscular thighs but throughout the school year my inner thighs have lost some muscle and turned to fat. I'm not happy with mine, but I'm sure yours aren't huge.
There are a lot of exercises in insanity that KILL my thighs that I could tell you about. Like instead of doing a normal squat you could do a power squat. Its like a jumping jack except when you go down, you go into a squat, and then jump right back up. Then there's globe jumps, frog jumps, ski downs, basketball drill things, power jumps, switch kicks etc.0 -
5' 5.5", 116 lbs and thighs are 21.3". Waist is 26.5"0
