should skinny fat ppl bulk?

I'm really toned everywhere except my mid section. I have a belly which pops out about 3 inches and is squishy and fat! So should I continue to lift with a small deficit or bulk? I'm confused. My goals are just to be lean with a flat tummy

    I was in the same situation. I'd highly recommend bulking.

    Yep. Go ahead and bulk. There's no point cutting if you're skinny-fat, imo.

    I also recommend bulking. Just keep lifting heavy, and you'll be amazed at the recomposition of your body. :)

    I will be honest though, I am scared to bulk and see me get fatter and the scale go up

    I remember reading somewhere that women shouldn't "bulk" until they hit 18-20% BF...If you are there and you want more muscle go for it...

    now someone can correct me if I am wrong on that BF%

    but if your issue is just your belly and you want that gone why not try a recomp...eat maintenance and lift...

    Yes I was thinking of recompibg but others say bulk, and it confusrs me so much. My goal is tp have a flat belly, that's all I want

    If all you want is a flat belly then don't bulk...recomp

    Bulking will add weight and by the sounds of it you don't want that. Eat at maintenance and lift. That is what I am going to do over the summer as well and evaluate again in Sept.
