help fitting lifting into my routine

Hello and good evening folks, was hoping for help getting a couple of lifting sessions into my routine. Stronglifts, nrol, whatever, I just am wondering the best day to do it based on what I'm already doing
Current routine - done since January
Monday - run
Tuesday - bodypump
Wednesday - bodycombat
Thursday - run
Friday - bodypump
Haven't really been working out on weekends but it would be feasible.
I don't *really* want to give up anything, so...would my muscles be able to handle heavy lifting on a Monday afternoon with a pump class Tuesday morning? Would it make sense to heavy lift after body combat on Wednesday? Should I drag myself to the gym on a Saturday?
I've just read that body pump is more cardio so I want to get into actually strengthening my muscles, but I do love pump and don't want to give it up.
Looking forward to responses, but I won't be able to check in til the morning. Thanks guys.
Ps - 5'4" 180 pounds ~40-45% bodyfat if this makes a difference.

You typically rest for a day between lifting. Light cardio is OK on rest days.
You could just add it in to your existing routine
Monday - run
Tuesday - Lifting + bodypump
Wednesday - bodycombat
Thursday - Lifting
Friday - bodypump
Sat - Lifting
It all depends on the intensity of your work outs. If you're going really hard lifting and you turn around and pound out several miles the next day you'll sacrifice your recovery. It may take some experimentation to find the right balance. After you start lifting you may choose to give up some of your existing routine in order to spend more energy on lifting.0
