When I sleep. If I'm awake, it's eating time.0

It kind of depends on what I'm eating. I've found with some foods, I just need a little bit of awake time after eating or I don't sleep well at all.0

depends on how many calories I have left....but typically when my head hits the pillow0

I try to have my last thing to eat about a half hour before I lie down. But that's just because I know from experience, for my body, that's how I can best avoid heartburn and other discomforts. I need a little bit of upright digestion time first.0

I eat right up until I go to bed, calorie permitting....but they do because I keep some for it.....because I like to eat all the time0

Usually around 9pm but if I'm hungry later I will eat later. No rules about it, that's just how it normally ends up.0

I eat my night snack around 8:00 and try not to have anymore after that if I do its veggies. Sometimes I cave and have two night snacks if cals allow for it. I am in the process of trying to eat more through the day so cals will only allow for once night snack.0
