I fulfilled my 2010 New Years Resolution!!

I posted a year ago that I did 305 days of fitness in 2009 so I figured I could do MORE in the year of 2010, and I did!
I completed all 365 days!
My rest days were 2 to 4 mile walks other wise my fitness consisted of:
working out to Insanity, ChaLean Extreme, P90X, Bob Harper's The Inside Out Method, Kelly Coffee Meyers, (other dvd's that I have forgotten right now) along with running, speed walking, biking, ellipticalling, weightlifting and two different times I used moving my son out of his homes as physical activity because from sun up till 2 in the morning I packed, carried, scrubbed, washed walls/ceilings, mopped and shampooed!
I kept changing up my workouts so I would NOT get bored. I will admit that there were days when I absolutely did NOT want to work out but I knew I HAD to post on the thread called My 2010 Challenge: 52 times 7/7 and I would get after it !
Also there were times when my husband and I were on the road and in a the city for the day where we left at 4 a.m and would not return till very late in the night. Those times I ran city blocks, did jumping jacks, squats, lunges, sit-ups, push-ups etc; right there in the parking lots for a half an hour or more! People would look at me but I thought what the heck!
When the year end workout was complete I felt very accomplished!! Being just about 52 and still fit makes my life so much more enjoyable! I have a 4 yr old grandson who visits weekly and he gets LONG rides in the baby jogger and in the winter (which is NOW) I tie a long rope at my waist and jog pulling him on the sled! I feel if we stay active he will too!
No I did not really lose weight! I learned that the saying for weightloss consists of 90% nutrition 10% exercise IS true and that is my goal for 2011! I WILL clean up my diet and continue to stay physical EVERY day!
I do not know if exercise is on your list of to do's for 2011 but I truly hope it is because it makes you feel sooooo much better!
I wish you ALL a Happy and Healthy New Year!!
