Hi
I tore all my knee up and put on A LOT of weight!
5 weeks post op (ligament reconstruction surgery) been told playing hockey again will be risky so need to drastically change my food choices and get some low impact excercise going. Would love to have some friends on the site so we can encourage each other. My food diary is open so feel free to have a look and hopefully help!

Welcome to MFP Nikki. We all try to be supportive and help each other through this sometimes frustrating but still rewarding struggle! I know how difficult it can be to have to tone it down when your used to be active. I hope your knee heals quickly and smoothly. Do what you can an d listen to your body, it is the best judge of how much is too much. I'm sure you will do great here, your sound positive and determined...both good traits to have!0
