    Hi! Welcome to my fitness Pal. I love this site because it really helps track my calories. I'm 45 so my calories count, because weightloss does not come easy. Your picture looks like my daughter. She just has me check the amount of calories instead of getting her own fitness pal. But thats ok.

    I have been working out with the T25 dvd's and they are great. I was not very active before I began but I have tons of energy now. Let me know if you ever need some motivation. I'm down 10 pounds and hope for another 10 this month!
    Just remember ... it feels good to sweat when your working out and its a lot easier to lose weight if you sweat!
