Should I be eating more?

Hi, I'm a vegetarian 17 y/o male weighing 119 pounds at 5'7. Although not shown on here, over the last few years I've dropped a lot of weight (I used to eat pretty much only junk food, however I stopped that and exercised more and have dropped, roughly, that I can remember, about 3 stone)
I've read a lot about how teenagers need more calories however due to growth (I eat at maintenance daily which is 1540 sedentary, any exercise I do gets added on)and I'm worried that I may still be under eating due to this.
Thanks for any advice or information

unfortunately you are too young to be here. You have to be 18 years old to accept the ToS of this site legally.
We really can't give you advice in regards to what you need to eat.
perhaps you need to speak with a registered dietician because at your height and weight you are almost underweight...esp being a male.0 -
I agree with the above poster. A nutrition specialist will better advise you for your specific goals and the needs of your specific age group than anyone on here.
But I do think you should check out the resources available to you immediately, too. Are you from the UK (you mentioned your weight in stones)? Here is a link that should give you some guidelines. It does sound like you should be eating more on top of what you add in for the exercise.
