Ive had some great success on my diet so far, and I am proud of how far I have come. But, Since January, I have fallen into maintenance mode. Thankfully I havent gained anything back, which is wonderful! but I have noticed that I have fallen into some bad habits. I have my meals all planned out, but there is this window between lunch and dinner that I really struggle with. What are some things you guys do to help curb those mid-afternoon cravings?

I always keep room for a snack between lunch and dinner. Normally an apple with peanut butter, protein shake, hard boiled eggs.0

Hard-boiled egg, nuts, protein bar or shake, small salad with some deli meat, a few thick slices of ham with a bit of mustard, half an apple with slices of cheddar, yogurt, sugar free rice or tapioca pudding...
If you're having a snack attack consistently, it's obviously for a reason. Plan for it.0 -
I only get snacky between lunch (1pm) and dinner (6-7pm depending on my baby's bedtime) so at around 4pm Il have a little snack like sugar free jelly or a scrambled egg with a slice of toast or some soup. I need that 4pm snack or else I end up over eating later because im hungry!0

like others I have a protein shake or a vegetable or fruit snack usually with a nutty spread but if I need to pack something in a purse or bag I have found these low calorie but filling breakfast rusks at ALDI which are great with a cup of tea0
