Looking for my fitness pal friends to keep me motivated

Hi, my journey with weight loss and weight gain started 2 years ago. I have struggled with my weight for some time but mostly over the last two years. I try to stay active but food has really did a number on me. My joints hurt constantly due to my weight gain and I am just fed up and embarrassed at how I now look, I have had some success with MFP in the past but I really need to have someone to go through this journey with ( male or female) and the more the merrier. I don't have anyone to connect my MFP app to and I feel it would be very helpful in keeping me focused to watch and comment on each other's progress since I do not have anyone in my life that I can get support from.

Thanks , Shannon

  • The first thing you should do is accept you as the way you are now. You are in the right track now, you decided that you want to change and that is the first step. What are you doing to reach your goals now? Are you changing your eating habits, are you doing some type of exercise?

Sent you a friend request. And your never alone! You can do this! Just think of it as a lifestyle change not a diet, that has always helped me.
