We go in because of what the scale screams and we stay for everyting else.
Here's a list of some of the amazing things that happened to me since I took control of me and my health.
No particular order except for the first and last ones.
If I can convince anyone to keep at it, I'll have win the day.
1 – Wearing regular calves leather boots
2 – Running after the bus and actually catching it
3 – Seing a challenge, not a problem if the elevator is broken
4 – Being the go-to person for weight loss advices
5 – Commiting to something and succeeding at it
6 – Seing my collarbone for the first time EVER
7 – Giving away two different sizes of clothes
8 – Fitting into a size “M”
9 – Being able to shop in the regular size rack
10 – Being confortable on high heels stilettos
11 – Wearing a tight high waist leather skirt
12 – The compliments
13 – The looks I get while passing on the streets
14 – Learning to cook
15 – Enjoying exercise
16 – Proving wrong all the “you can't” people of my world
17 – Being confident that I'll fit into a chair or a DisneyLand ride
18 – Feeling strong
19 – Feeling focused
20 – Feeling more energised than ever even though I do a hell of a lot more everyday
21 – Being some kind of a role model. Not the ultimate counter-exemple
22 – Not being scared of eating in public
23 – Not necesseraly being the heaviest person in any room.
24 – Being able to ride a bike
25 – No more painful joints
26 – Getting rid of my bathroom scale
27 – The cash lady at the supermarket figuring that I've lost weight
28 – I can pick anything in my closet and it will fit. Not more “someday” clothes
29 – Lost inches
30 – Improved time on my daily walk
31 – 30DS doers? I follow Nathalie all the time, now. Jillian's proud.
32 – The positive feedback from the doctor on my yearly check
33 – No bingeing anymore
34 – Not being afraid of the squat challenge, the plank challenge, the abs challenge or any challenge
35 – No more “just in case” bigger clothes either. I'm fit for good
36 – New belt. Needed!
37 – My booty is way higher than it used to be...
38 – Defined abs
39 – Not wearing only black clothes
40 – Not being out of breath from daily activities
41 – Full splits, both ways. Like a ballerina
42 – Someone I've met for the first time put me in the 'always been fit and has it easy' category
43 – My mind agrees with my body about what, how and when to eat. No wars anymore
44 – I went sky-diving and they didn't look twice at the scale. I was allowed to jump!
45 - Dancing is a pleasure again. Not something I feel self conscious about.
46 – The last most amazing one is in progress: MY THIGHS RUB WAY LESS TOGETHER!!!
What's your list? How has everything improved since you're here? Isn't this the most amazing journey you've ever took?

Totally understand the thigh rub problem. Yesterday I wore a dress with no leggings under it0 -
One of my best ones was to wear normal tall size stockings and they fit properly & I hate wearing stockings0

Incredible! Your life has changed so much. It sounds so difficult to be very heavy. I've noticed that people are harsh on folks who are obese. I always wondered why. It seems like they are having a difficult time just going day by day!0

2 for me. My wife looking at me with that devilish grin and telling me I look good and my grown daughters telling me they are proud of me. To borrow a phrase "It don't get no better than that".0
