beachbody workouts and shakeology friends

I just got started a week ago today doing shakeology and brazil butt lift, but started I my journey feb. 27 2014 with eating a clean diet and walking. I want to loose sixty pounds and I would like friends that are on the same path as me.

    I don't want to do anything Extreme or Insane at this point in the game. I have the original P90, and it works, when you do it! I do a lot of walking and ride bikes with my kids. I push play when I'm feeling blech and need to get an extra workout in. I'm up to 5# weights, so I'm getting there...
