Since no one can see any data. The only suggestion I can give you is to make sure you're weighing and measuring your food and tracking 100%. Every day. Unless there's an undiagnosed medical condition it's calories in vs out0

Well, it's hard when we can't see. The only general advice is to use a food scale if you aren't using one already.
Here's some links with some great info in general..

Your body is probably getting more and more comfortable at this weight for you. Try incorporating strength training and more protein rich foods. It could also be that you're not taking in enough calories for the amount of exercise you're doing. Your body might be trying to preserve itself from what it essentially sees as starvation/deprivation. Good luck.0 -
Do eat just 1200 cals a day, or net 1200, eating back exercise cals?
Honestly, we see it all the time here on the boards - eat the bare minimum, ultimately under-eating really, weight loss stalls and frustration ensues. I'm guessing 1200 isn't enough food for you, unless you are a very tiny person.
I had my best success when I upped my calories to the right number (yeah, I did the 1200 thing for awhile - it sucked! ). I bet your BMR is over 1200, so you should at least be eating a bit above that. I'm a 46 year old, 5'8" woman and I lose best on about 1800-2000 cals a day. Haven't had a single stall in progress in over 2 years (hit goal weight over a year ago, now just focusing on strength and lowering body fat percentage a bit more.
If you set your weight loss goal to 2lbs a week, change it 1lb a week. This will give you a higher cal goal. Eat the higher calories for several weeks (it can take time for your body to adjust to the new intake) and see how it goes. Many people here at MFP have done this and suddenly the scale starts moving again.
Eat the proper number of calories to fuel your body - you have energy for daily life and workouts, and the bod happily sheds fat and retains lean muscle. Win win!0 -

I was in the same boat, you need to up your calories by having a cheat meal whatever you want to eat that day eat it! Your body is getting use to the calories that you have been eating and how much it burns and you hit a Plateau, so up those calories and fool your body, zig zagging my calories have gave me great results!0
