I started T25 today too! I'm not gonna lie, after the 1st 5 minutes I was pooped. but after a short water break I kept going and finished! I was so glad they had the one girl on there doing the modified workouts! That makes it so much easier and realistic for beginners!! We should all post every STATurday with our weekly accomplishments! Lets keep each other motivated!

I just started T25 today as well. Cardio was challenging but really good! Was able to follow the more experienced guys for the most part and look to the low impact moves when I needed a quick breather.
Looking forward to tomorrow's workout for sure! :-)0 -

Did day one today... was able to FOR THE MOST part do the non modified version... BUT I have no shame saying I needed some breaks at times... you have to start somewhere and today it was with little breaks and modification.0

I also did Day 1-Cardio today. I finished it with minimal breaks, but it was intense! Bring on Day 2!0

I just started gamma today and did speed 3.0. WHEW!!! It killed me but was a real good workout.0

I am on my 2nd week of T25, I have some neck and back issues so I stick with the modifier for the majority of the workouts but I'm getting stronger with it everyday and I'm loving it! I'm definitely interested in making some friends to help keep me motivated and accountable0

day 2 done. ate like crap today though.. can't freaking WAIT till pay day!0

Day 3 done.... My butt aches so much. I didn't realise that I had muscles in my bum but there you go.
I have spent most of the workouts, watching to see what they do, trying to copy and then doing the modifier. How do they go so fast? Not sure I can do these super fast moves without injuring myself.
I have a sore back and left knee, so want to do get through more or less injury free.
Now to start thinking about the right foods to eat...
I have just come off the back of doing Insanity, and I am not getting bored. I love it and actually find some moves a bit of a challenge..0 -
Need to get back in shape, managed to bag it brand new for 33 quid
Start Monday but I'll try a few this week to ease me in0 -
