    Everything Oscar Mayer.
I'm going to start washing mine, though. Lower those sodium levels a bit.

Sorry but I don't do anything pre-cooked. Too expensive and I like to watch sodium levels. I cook and prep once a week (usually Sundays) and it works great for me. I work 60 hours a week between my 3 jobs (kids are all grown) so I find a little kitchen time to be therapeutic

Too much sodium in pre-cooked, I try to use them minimally. I cook in bulk on Sunday. Make 4-5 chicken breasts at once and put them in the fridge. Make a big batch of smoothies.

Costco's rotisserie chickens. I can get several family meals out of one of those and they are delicious.

I also buy their Kirkland canned chicken - higher in sodium, sure, but nice for lunches in a pinch when I don't have other meat leftover (usually for burrito bowls - beans, rice if I have it, meat, salsa, avocado - one of my fave lunches).

I sometimes buy pre-cooked Applegate Organic chicken sausages (I like the spinach feta one best). I think they have turkey ones as well.

Trader Joes Turkey Meatballs, TJs Andoullie Sausage, TJs everyting. Also, I like TJs par-frozen chicken breasts -- they aren't pre-cooked but you can put them in the oven from frozen so it's really easy to cook then.

I like Tyson precooked chicken breast strips. They are a little bland, but I just use them for salads so I don't notice it. John Soules is also really good. They had rotisserie and fajita style chicken that's really good and flavorful, just a bit more expensive than Tyson.

You can get a full cooked chicken in Walmart, Sams, Costco, etc.
The other thing that I usually do is cook a BUNCH of food on Sunday and it lasts until Thursday-ish. That way I don't have to come home and cook every day. Just pick a menu and do an entire pot/pan of it.
For example, this Sunday I made 8 chicken breasts in the oven and today I'm about to make 8 sweet potatoes ;)

I love the Rotissirie Chicken from the store as well as Tyson Southwestern Chicken which is great. I agree the slow cooker is good but i don't like to out chicken breast in they get too dry.
  • Al Fresco Chicken Sausage from Walmart. They say 70% less fat than regular sausage plus they are all natural so that means they contain no nitrates All you have to do is heat them up in the microwave for a minute.. My favorite flavors are Sweet Italian Sausage, Spicy Jalapeno, & Roasted Garlic. :-)

I forgot to add that my favorite, incredibly easy quick meat is shredded pork sirloin from Costco. You buy them 4 mini-roasts to a package individually wrapped. They used to be $1.99 a pound but lately they've been $2.29. Very lean with practically no fat on them. Unwrap two roasts and brown them in 1 T. oil. Put them in pressure cooker and add any seasonings you like, then pour in enough water so that the roasts are almost covered with water. Lock down your lid and cook for about 1 hour and 15 minutes after the steam valve pops up.

When it's done, remove roasts and put them on a big baking sheet. Take two forks and shred the meat. Takes about 5 minutes, if that and there's no waste because there's no fatty stuff. When cooled put in a container and refrigerate for use during the weak. Makes great pork BBQ too, just simmer with your favorite low calorie BBQ sauce.

I'm a sucker for the Perdue Short Cuts. I currently have three boxes stocked up in the fridge. :)

Buy a George Foreman grill. Takes as long to grill 3 chicken breasts on it than to reheat my precooked frozen chicken breasts (the Wegmans brand is delicious, if you have one around).

Once a week I buy bulk fresh chicken breasts from Sams club for less than $2/lb. in 6-7 packages. I dice them, coat them with a variety of seasonings of choice, and brown them in a oven proof skillet. Then I transfer them to an oven at 250 degree for one hour. The result is a week's worth of chicken with about 30 minutes of effort for about 1/3rd the cost of anything premade. Some people don't realize how much they are paying for convenience of premade stuff, but doing this saves me around 1K a year. At the same time you are cooking the chicken you could cook your rice, pasta, etc. With these ingredients prepared, It makes it very easy throw a CHEAP meal together during the week in just a few minutes.

ETA- I also use canned chicken breasts for some things. If you rinse the meat, it will remove a lot of sodium and get rid of the "canned" taste.
