This is my last attempt to lose weight and be healthy! I am done quitting... One tends to feel like a failure when you do. I'm taking my life back and seeking the thin person hiding for YEARS inside of my "fuller" self. I am 2 weeks into my weight-loss journey by eating right... haven't had sugars or "white" foods in a week. Never been so strong willed! So proud of myself so far... Watch this space!

So far today has been a good day! I just want to share what has been helping me stay on track.... Lots of fitness motivation youTube vids and inspirational "before and afters" of countless women on the journey I am on now. Also taking pics of my own to monitor my progress as well as making it known to people that my mission is to lose weight and be healthy -this makes me accountable.
Like I've said, in the past 2 weeks, I've had no sugar or any snacks of any sort and I have not cheated once except for the one time I dreamt I had cake!!!:laugh: As from tomorrow I shall be incorporating exercise...
