Can you guys please give me some ideas of some good workout tunes? I like pretty much everything, cheesy pop, hip hop some dance but not just repetitive tunes that get on my nerves! Lol.

I'm currently listening to MOS Eat sleep rave repeat album but I'm getting bored of that, I like some super cheesies like '9 to 5' and anything that sounds happy and makes you move your bum!!

My workout music is limited to Combichrist and The Prodigy. On and on and on.
Worked great for the past 5 months. :))

I think it really depends on your taste, but there are plenty of workout playlists pre-made on Spotify. These are the two that I like:

Robyn is one of my faves. Even when I try to stay still I can't help but move to her stuff.

I am old so when I lift I listen to metal like Guns n Roses, AC/DC etc.

I like newer stuff too like down with webster, katie perry etc.

    Whatever suits my mood.

For me it depends on what I’m doing and the mood that I’m in. When I’m in the gym pushing it, I like the Ramones, the Violent Femmes, and others in that genre. If I’m running I can vary from just about anything but I really like the classic 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s pop, nothing can get me running like a little “Build me up (Buttercup)”, Mongo Jerry “In the Summertime”, or some Dexys Midnight Runners “Come on Eileen”, before I know it I’ve ran five or more miles without breaking a sweat and ready to keep going. Then other times I need the Rat pack to get me through my run.
Find what moves you and let it.

I like to listen to Prince's old stuff when I work out. He makes me smile and I can't help but want to dance around haha

For running I have seriously found 80s music to do wonders but for weight lifting I usually listen to Korn and other stuff like that!

Do you have Spotify? Their House workout playlist is awesome.

I like hip hop for lifting. Things like Eminem, Jay Z, 50 Cent, etc... For cardio I like the 80's or cheesy pop music. Kesha, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, etc...
