Are you measuring with a tape measure? are those numbers coming down? Those are what count. If your body is adding muscle mass, the scale wont drop for you. Get out the tape or do a body fat test and compare in a few weeks0

I am with you. I am on the last 10-20. And nothing is changing. Weigh everything with a scale, lift weights, use tape measure, etc. Doing what everyone one suggest and nothing. Seems that I am really good at maintaining.
Decided yesterday that I am going to lower my calories by another 100 and start doing more cardio.
Hang in there and maybe both of us will be rewarded soon.0 -
Have you recalculated your daily intake for your current weight? The amount of calories your body needs at 146lbs is going to be drastically different from what you needed before. As your weight has lowered, you might have ended up eating closer to maintenance. Also remember that TDEE/BMR/etc calculators are based on averages for a person of your height, weight and activity level. A lot of factors (like hormone production) aren't taken into account, and the number they give may not be completely accurate for you.
I was eating at what should have been a deficit for someone of my height and weight for a long time with no changes before I learned that I have an under-active thyroid.0 -
From reading and research I'd say measure and eat more. If you don't see more inches coming off you could always go back and adjust calories back down. Maybe its time to build muscle and see if that will help burn the remaining fat stores.
Well done on your loss. Such a change.0 -
yup, I am also trying to lose the last 10. My weight was going down about a pound a week but is now going down half a pound or less a week. I think this is normal but it is hard because i am feeling impatient to see the last of the fat go!!! I think we just need to stay patient and focused.
I am also trying for around 138.0
