Re-Introduction - back again - apology included

I'm back at it again. I'd like to apologize for all previous posts wherein I tried to justify not eating entirely clean and healthy. :embarassed: Having educated myself a little more and suffered the trials of obesity and weight gain a few more years, I now believe a raw diet, or at the very least, a clean diet is pretty much the only healthy way to lose weight. I also think Atkins has its advantages, provided lots of fruit and veggies are included. I'm now subscribing to the school of Dr. Joel Fuhrman - micronutrients. Again, apologies for insisting it doesn't matter what you eat. I was totally wrong.

    Awesome! You are here and that is what matters! Clean eating is the best way to go. I am no expert but I know for sure that healthy eating helps you lose weight, I lost 27 already...on my way to lose my last 30. Good luck!

    Same. I can only eat foods that have been put into a mason jar and photographed with Instagram.

    awesome, always learning!! My friend just went to See Joel Furman in Seattle and got her pic taken with him. I think that mostly raw and all the fruits and vegetables and nuts would keep you healthy for a long time. Not that I do that but I did that today!! one day at a time!
