I started this program that I call a food plan rather than a diet about 9 weeks ago. I have had some extreme success and want to make sure I continue.

I am very active and love to workout. Watching my calories is new to me.

If you wish to follow my journey or would like to be part of my online support , I would like to do the same for you.

  • Hi! I am new and would be your MFP friend. Could you elaborate on your food plan? I am trying to get ideas for foods to eat. Most healthy foods I can't eat and so I have to get creative.
