ACTIVITY LEVEL

I dont log in exercise, but I do 60 minute cardio with 8 minute HIIT 7 days a week, and weight lifting 25 minutes 7 days a week. I also go to college and walk aprox. 5 km. I sleep 4 to 6 hours. Which activity level should I put on my fitness goal. I want to maintain btw.

    Options
    Perhaps put lightly active in at first and see if you maintain for a few weeks. If you find yourself losing/gaining you can adjust.
