Shopping as Exercise

This is how I do it: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/InevitableButterfly/view/shopping-for-success-heavy-trolley-pushing-654726

Don't want to read the blog? Cool.

Heavy Trolley Pushing = when grocery shopping start by walking the trolley directly to the pets section. Then load the bottom with about 150 lb of cat litter. Then push the trolley as fast as you can (safely around other shoppers) as you get your shiz. I try to do it for at least 20 minutes.

It may not be exciting to you, but to this 400-lb chick who's had two heart attacks I think it was a pretty exciting idea I could share to add some kick to shopping. Not sorry. :drinker:

Anything that gets you moving is good.

Where are you getting the 365 calories from? That seems pretty high for 20 minutes moderate activity.

From my heart rate monitor. Also, consider that I am 5'9" and 407 lb.
