Project: Bikini Body

Hi all! I'm Connie! Because summer is on it's way (at least on the calendar where I am :ohwell: ), I started a group with the above name for discussion and checking in with fellow MFPs for support. Although there are a bunch of people who joined, they're almost all lurkers now! :) I'm looking for some friends who are looking to give support to and for support from fellow fitness pals and who enjoy posting about their workouts, dieting, tips and and giving feedback.

    I am not working towards a bikini body so to speak, more for a fitness competition body haha, but I would love to be friends and help each other on this 'journey' if you'd like?

    I just joined. I just started yesterday doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 for the main reason of looking good in a bikini for my 7 year anniversary trip the first of June. I honestly don't need to lose weight...maybe 2 or 3 pounds. I need to tone badly. I am thin and frumpy. I finished Day 2 today, 28 more days to go. :)

    Hi, All. I'm still doing super good with my eating. I do admit, though, I still have my cheat days. Those are few and far between. I look at my journey as not a "diet", but consciously eating better. I do not deprive myself of the goodies.
    As far as exercising goes, I'm still doing my yoga to tone my body and running for my cardio. Sometimes I do both in the same day. I use yoga top warm my body up for the run ahead. I'm proud top say, my endurance is getting back up there. I ran the.5 miles the other day (I might have gone longer bit my phone was almost outta battery).
    I hope all of you are realizing your eating and fitness goals!

    Hey! I'm Ramona, 18. I'm not only working towards a bikini body, but I'm working towards a body that I'll be happy with. Bikini body would look good in the summer too, but I'm hoping to shred the weight and not gain it after summer is over haha! I'm super active on MFP if anyone wants to add me!
