Instructions to JM Shred it with Weights

Hi all,
I have been doing this at Level 1 for a few weeks and have been using the link from you tube. Does anyone know how long you are supposed to do this level before moving on to the next. I have done JM 30 day shred before so am no amateur. I can't seem to find any instructions online either.

I use JM's Shred it with Weights about once a week using my Amazon Prime account (you can watch almost all of JM's DVDs for free on Amazon with prime). I watched level one again last night and in the beginning she didn't mention anything about a plan/schedule for this one. She makes it sound like you can do either level whenever. Personally, I found level two to be easier than level one. I use this DVD in a mix of other kettlebell DVDs. Sometimes I'll do level 1 on Tuesday and then level 2 on Thursday. After doing level 1 I usually feel it more in my legs and level 2 I seem to feel more in my arms. Hope this helps.. lol0
