So I need i find my activity level. I have had it set to lightly active all this time but do not know if its right.
I work in a resturant 20-25 hours a week on my feet over 4-5 days.
I lift 3 times a week for 1 hour. Apart from that I don't get much exercise apart from normal daily activity.
Should I be using moderate?
Thanks in advance

If this is for MFP you only use non exercise activity to set your activity level as you eat back exercise calories.
If you are a waitress I would try for active as you are on your feet a lot and on the move.
If it's for TDEE yes I would use moderate.0 -
Thanks. I'm using it or tdee and see how i get on.
I go between front of house and back of house doing a range of jobs in the resturant.
Not sure how I would look in a skirt and blouse haha  think I'm more suited to being a waiter than a waitress.
Thanks for the advice though0
