Onderland Finally!!!

I was 310 pounds in the spring of 2009. This morning I was 199.2! I can't believe I finally did it. It may have taken a long time and I may not be done yet, but I am still so proud. I have had so many ups and downs, getting all the way down to 220 only to go through a pregnancy and wind up back at 270, but I have lost it again and am only going to keep that scale going down:)

    That's onderful! :flowerforyou: Great work and AMAZING dedication. I lose slowly too, but I know I will NEVER have to lose it ever again. It is gone for good because we have done it with perseverance and life style changes, not some radical diet. Keep up the amazing effort!
