Self intro!

hi everyone
I am 23,female,5"3 in height. I am not sure how much i weigh exactly (are manual weighing machines accurate?please comment) but I would say my highest weight has been 114 Kg(gym scale) and right now the scale at home says its 110KG.
Anyway,I am here to attain my goal of becoming several sizes smaller, get healthy, learn how to make the right food choices and to find out exercises that are safe for me to begin with.
I love dancing,swimming and walking .
My worst enemy is my inconsistency & inability to stick to a plan, I start something with great enthusiasm but somehow on the fourth or fifth day I either don't exercise or I eat way more than I should. So if anyone here, has gone through a similar phase early in their WLJ, please share your tips to stay on track
thanks in advance!!

Dancing walking and swimming are fantastic exercises!

I didn't start out with a plan. I started out with only a desire to know what I was eating. Once I figured that out through logging (and keeping honest with myself) the rest sort of fell into place. For me, the most important thing is to log my food honestly. If you do that, the rest will come. I had to start out with small steps, but it's worked and I've lost most of the weight I wanted to get rid of. :) You can do it. Welcome to MFP!
